Short answer: buy Dune: Imperium – Immortality first. Good pick if your group wants a stronger deck-building side; some BGG players prefer it over Rise of Ix.
Pick Dune: Imperium – Bloodlines first instead if this sounds more like your table: Reviewers call it excellent with Uprising, but mixing it into the original game plus older expansions gets messy. Best if you own or plan to get Uprising.
