    Buy this first

    Adds: Japan map with a shared bullet-train network; Italy map with ferry routes and region bonuses.

    Fixes: Base map feels solved; adds a shared build project and new scoring goals.

    Japan & Italy is the map pack I'd start with. Reviewers call it a fan favorite and a perfect place to start.

    Worth it

    Adds: A Netherlands map with bridge toll tokens; money matters for the first time.

    Fixes: Adds a money twist to contested bridge routes.

    Nederland is a great pick if you often play with two or three. Its bridge tolls add tension without much extra rules.

    Worth it

    Adds: 181 large cards: 35 new tickets, a Globetrotter bonus, a full replacement card deck, and three new ways to play.

    USA 1910 adds more tickets and bigger cards to the original game. It only works with the original USA box, not Europe.

    Worth it

    Adds: Two maps: Team Asia (play in pairs) and Legendary Asia. Includes card holders and extra trains.

    Asia is well worth it, especially the Team Asia map for up to six. It's a good second or third map pack.

    The India map is the reason to buy this pack. Switzerland is a tight map for two or three.
